100% hand tied  men's Top of the head piece offers 3"x4" fine mono center with 2"-2 1/4" polyurethane around the perimeter extending to 4" in the back. Slightly scalloped front, the front of the unit features V-KNOTS for an incredibly realistic looking hairline. This is an excellent piece for active clients, with the top being mono it makes for a very breathable well constructed unit. Colorless knots in the front of the unit for a virtually invisible hairline in colors 1- 8. Over 20 colors available, gray mixtures available as well. (Gray hair is synthetic). Free style.
